氫氧化鉀是常用的化工原料和化工助劑,可以分為食品級、醫(yī)藥級、工業(yè)級,根據(jù)行業(yè)不同的需求而制作相應(yīng)的產(chǎn)品。目前,氫氧化鉀的制作方法有兩種工藝,一是隔膜法(金屬陽極),二是離子膜法,由于深沉工藝差別,產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量有一定的差異,而所用原料的消耗也有所區(qū)別,本文對各制作工藝中所用原料以及產(chǎn)品消耗進(jìn)行了粗略統(tǒng)計(jì),以便對兩種方法有清洗的對比。

通過兩者的對比,可以看出離子膜法產(chǎn)出的產(chǎn)品較隔膜法產(chǎn)品雜質(zhì)相對少、品質(zhì)高,成本價(jià)稍高,售價(jià)略高,隔膜法制作的產(chǎn)品略低,大家可根據(jù)自身的需求選擇。
