1、在測試的時候溶液制備的溫度是一定要控制好的，在檢測的時候首先需要確定好樣品的采樣單元數(shù)。采樣器一般是需要從袋口的一角斜至袋深位3/4的位置進行采樣，然后將選取出來的的樣品均勻的混合在一起，并且使用四分法縮分的方式確定檢驗的樣品數(shù)量。因為氫氧化鉀本身的是有一定吸水性的所以在準備樣品的時候，在空氣當中放置的時間不要太長了，然后添加進取適當劑量的水并且不斷的進行攪拌，然后再攪拌的同時需要給溶解做加熱的工作，差不多在微沸5分鐘之后就可以取下冷卻到20℃，然后再將其放入到容量瓶當中等到定容過濾之后再吸取一部分到容量瓶中。這個操作非常關(guān)鍵的一個部分就是在一定要等著冷卻到20℃時在進行定容，但是有的就直接按照平時的水溫進行定容，那么就會導(dǎo)致因為水溫高于20℃時測試出來的結(jié)果也是不準確的；而水溫低于20℃的時候會發(fā)現(xiàn)測試的結(jié)果是會偏低的。那么這樣的定容測試是會造成一些誤差出現(xiàn)的

However, some of them will be directly determined according to the usual water temperature, which will lead to inaccurate test results when the water temperature is higher than 20 ℃; and when the water temperature is lower than 20 ℃, the test results will be lower. So this constant volume test will cause some errors
2、還有在測試的過程當中可能會使用到配制好的四苯硼鈉，因為它本身是屬于一種很不穩(wěn)定狀態(tài)的所以容易出現(xiàn)渾濁的情況。所以如果在使用的時候發(fā)現(xiàn)有混濁的情況首先需要使用濾紙將其過濾之后再進行使用，如果在檢測的時候發(fā)現(xiàn)檢測結(jié)果偏高那么需要使用蒸餾水在進行檢測。
