主含量是指成品中KOH的質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù),這是確定產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量主要的參數(shù)之一,一般要求含量大于90%。這個(gè)過(guò)程中控制好堿液的溫度是關(guān)鍵。1.148%堿液濃度在經(jīng)過(guò)一效、二效蒸發(fā)器蒸發(fā)只有,堿液濃度需要達(dá)到或大于48%,為后面進(jìn)行的工序質(zhì)量合格做好準(zhǔn)備。這個(gè)過(guò)程主要是通過(guò)蒸氣冷凝產(chǎn)生的熱量用來(lái)蒸發(fā)堿液中的水分從而提高濃度,因此需要能夠保證蒸氣的壓力和溫度達(dá)到相應(yīng)的要求:真空狀態(tài)下可以降低堿液沸點(diǎn),所以為了節(jié)約能源和提升效率,蒸發(fā)器中的真空度要盡量保持一個(gè)比較高的狀態(tài)。二效蒸發(fā)器堿液真空度處于0.085~0.094MPa,溫度在75~85攝氏度之間,效果是比較好的。
