一、配制:將氫氧化鈉配成飽和溶液,注進(jìn)塑料桶中密閉放置至溶液清亮,使用前以塑料管虹吸上層清液。濃度氫氧化鈉飽和溶液注進(jìn)不含CO2的水0.1mol/L量取5ml1000中搖勻0.2mol/L量取10ml1000中搖勻0.5mol/L量取26ml1000中搖勻1.0mol/L量取52ml1000中搖勻

1、原理:KHC8H4O4+NOH→KNaC8H4O4+H2O酸式酚酞堿式酚酞HIn→In-+H+(無色)(紅色)酚酞為一有機(jī)弱酸,在酸性溶液中為無色,當(dāng)堿色離子增加到一定濃度時(shí),溶液即呈粉紅色。

1、為使標(biāo)定的濃度正確,標(biāo)定后應(yīng)用相應(yīng)濃度鹽酸對標(biāo)。
